The VUE Charlotte On 5th

I have lived here for a little over a month. I like living here. The amenities are great and I’m obsessed with the barista bar (Jada and Jordan are amazing)! They even ordered matcha for me since I don’t drink coffee. The concierge staff are nice and welcoming. However, the reason they are receiving the rating that they are is because since I moved in there has been a missing blind in my studio apartment. I was not told about this beforehand, I had to make it known to the office and to maintenance. As a woman living on her own, safety is of the utmost importance and I’m exposed to our neighbors across the street due to the lack of privacy. It’s also very hard to sleep since all of the lights shine in to my apartment. I have asked for a temporary solution (maybe curtains?) but have received nothing. Additionally, during these dropping weathers the missing blind makes it much colder in my apartment. I have been in contact with several people in the office about it but recently everyone except Diana in the leasing office has stopped responding. I expected more from a luxury apartment.

We love living at the VUE- great views, walking distance to restaurants/bars, top tier amenities, and friendly staff and neighbors. Additionally, Gina at the leasing office was incredibly helpful and kind. We toured with her and she helped us every step of the way from our many questions, through signing our lease, and ensuring we had a smooth move in experience. I am so glad we chose to move here!

When I arrived for my appointment to view my apartment, I was greeted properly and friendly. Hayes did a really nice job of showing me the apartment and the amenities and talk to me about the community activities. I absolutely love the is place. Hayes is a fabulous leasing consultant to myself and my dog Givenchy! I was in love the first day! The space is absolutely gorgeous & the amenities are the best hands down in uptown Charlotte. Concierge knew my name personally on my second day which was so important to me it really feels like the staff here is your family! I have the best views , and there are several events that take place here and spaces to enjoy yourself without leaving the building. I had a minor issue with my key fob not working during move in and as I waited for reprogramming, the concierge staff Mr. Johnnie & my leasing consultant Mr. Hayes as I mentioned above, checked on myself and my pup and reassured me nearly every 5 minutes that this is not the standard of The Vue and that they were sorry for the inconvenience. I needed maintenance/assistance with my blinds and someone was at my door right away to help me use them properly . You really have to experience living here for yourself. I feel like a princess when I walk in I’m greeted with a loving smile and the door is opened by concierge . I wake up to a beautiful view , hot coffee at the barista bar daily. infused water with fresh fruit at my leisure, classy upscale furnishing in common spaces, & so much more. This place is like no other! There are two dog parks here and the two gyms here are loaded with three saunas steam rooms and an opportunity to book a massage from time to time . Did I mention there’s a car detailing company on site? I can go on and on ! I love my new home and am so thankful that I came across this gem 💎 thank you Hayes !!

I wanted to write about the leasing agent, Gina, and her help in finding me the perfect unit when I moved to Charlotte. I was not the easiest applicant, as I wanted a particular space, and also had some errors on my background check that had to be cleared. Gina was responsive, thorough, and helped me through the leasing process, making sure I had the right unit for my needs. If anyone else is looking to lease at The Vue in Charlotte, please ask for her.

I am about to hit my one year mark the Vue. I couldn’t have made a better choice than to move here! It has been an amazing experience all around! The Vue is in the middle of everything, has the best staff, and the friendliest residents. Their amenities are awesome, and they really take opinions and suggestions of their residents. One of the best amenities is the coffee bar, the selection of coffees are amazing. The barista, Jada, is even more amazing. She is one of the most hard working, creative, kind, energetic, friendly persons that I know! Waking up in the morning and heading down to her joyful personality is always refreshing. When you know you have a long day ahead of you, just head down to see her, I promise you’ll be happy! I will be renewing my lease again!!
